1 - Director of Content (half time)

The Director of Content is primarily responsible for growing and maintaining the content library for High Pass Education. The Director of Content manages all aspects of our Learning Management System, including uploading, organizing, and updating content; ensuring appropriate accessibility; downloading and summarizing reports; and other tasks as directed by the President. The Director of Content also is responsible for obtaining and maintaining High Pass Education’s approvals as a Continuing Education (CE) provider through various approval bodies, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable rules and regulations for continuing education. The Director of Content identifies appropriate topics and instructors for new course offerings, and serves as the main point of contact for all contracted instructors. The Director of Content should also be able to develop and teach CE courses on their own topics of expertise for inclusion in our CE library.

This is a half-time position, with a minimum of two days per week (Monday and another day to be determined) in office at our Agoura Hills location.

Qualifications

This role requires a full, active and valid California mental health license (Psychologist, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in good standing and free of disciplinary records. Must be skilled with various work, video capture and editing, and project management software. Must be skilled with computer, camera, lighting, and sound hardware. Must have an established record of educational excellence in mental health care, either at the graduate level or in continuing education.

Pay and benefits

This is a salaried position to be initially budgeted at 40,000-45,000/year depending on experience. Includes optional 401(k) participation with partial employer match (on vestment schedule). 

2 - Director of Product (half time)

The Director of Product works closely with the President and our software development team to develop and implement new products and features into our lineup. The Director of Product works to continually improve the user interface and experience through our Learning Management System, our proprietary exam platform, and our web site. The Director of Product is expected to actively contribute to discussions of company product strategy. This is a half-time position, with a minimum of one day per week (Monday and another day to be determined) in office at our Agoura Hills location. 

Qualifications

This role requires at least two years of experience in software product development. Preference will be given to applicants whose experience is specifically in educational or training software development. Must be skilled with various productivity and project-management software, and able to edit HTML, CSS, and Liquid code. Experience with API integrations preferred.

3 - Director of Engagement (half time)

The Director of Engagement is responsible for the continued development and success of customer acquisition efforts through cost-effective outreach and marketing efforts, and customer experiences of community and connectedness. The Director of Engagement develops and implements email and other digital campaigns, and works closely with our contracted digital marketing partner to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of our digital advertising strategy. The Director of Engagement makes regular updates to our web site and related properties to improve effectiveness in keeping with current marketing best practices and applicable law and regulation. The Director of Engagement moderates our online community experiences. This is a half-time position, with a minimum of one day per week (Monday and another day to be determined) in office at our Agoura Hills location.  

Qualifications

This role requires at least one year of marketing experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience developing, drafting, deploying, and evaluating a broad range of marketing campaigns, including online display, search, email, and affiliate. Experience with SEO required; experience with AEO preferred. Must have an established record of marketing excellence. Preference will be given to candidates with marketing experience in a context of regulatory compliance, such as education.

This role requires community engagement experience. While the term is broad, preference will be given to candidates with experience moderating online communities.

This role requires expertise in education and learning.

Qualified candidates must be skilled with various work, advertising, and project management software.
