I've forgotten my password. Can you help me log in?

Go to our course login page and use the "Forgot Password" link to update your password and access your course.

How do I request an extension for an exam prep course?

We're with you until you pass. If you haven't taken your exam yet, or if you failed on a previous attempt, you can request a no-cost extension using this form.

I'm having difficulty with video freezing or stuttering.

This is typically solved by clearing your cache, logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work, a restart of your device typically does. If you continue to experience difficulty, let us know -- and please mention the specific device and browser you're using.

I have more than one registration or license. How do I put multiple registrations or licenses in my account so that they all show up on my CE certificate?

Our system accommodates multiple licenses or registrations. See this guide to learn how to enter them in your account information.

How do I get my CE certificate?

For courses offering Continuing Education (CE) credit, once you complete all course components, you can download a copy of your certificate at any time through your Dashboard. Exam prep courses do not offer CE credit, so there's no completion certificate.

I ordered a digital book, and didn't receive my access code.

Access codes are automatically sent within minutes of your order, from friendlyrobot@bencaldwelllabs.com. If you haven't received your code within 10 minutes, check any Spam or Junk folders for a message from this address. If you can't locate the email, use the Contact Form below to let us know, and we'll be happy to resend the code. Please include your order number.

When will my paperback book arrive?

Where possible, we try to have our systems send automated updates so you can track your package. Delivery times can vary based on your location and the time of year. Most orders placed using Standard Shipping arrive within 7 business days of the order being placed. Most orders placed using Expedited Shipping arrive within 3 business days of the order being placed. These are typical timeframes, not guarantees, and shipping around the holidays or to the Eastern US may take a few extra days. 

My book should have arrived by now. What can I do?

It happens - some packages get stuck or lost in transit. Let our team know, and we'll do our best to help track it down, or send a replacement.

What's your return policy?

Digital products (courses and digital books) are non-refundable. For paperback books, if you received a book that is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund if you contact our team for return authorization within 7 days of receiving the book. Returns must be received in new condition (or, for books damaged in shipment, in the condition in which it was received).
